Start small, measure, grow in phases.

How to work with Synexia in private hospitals and groups and in the public sector, through the procedures that procurement law provides.

Start with a limited scope

Every project can start with a diagnosis or with a pilot in one unit, with success criteria agreed in advance. Deployment and continuous improvement are decided afterwards, on measured results.

Private hospitals and groups

  • A diagnosis or a pilot as the first assignment, with a defined scope, timeline and deliverables
  • A phased deployment proposal based on the results of the pilot
  • A service contract and a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR)

Public hospitals and bodies

In the European Union, public procurement is governed by Directive 2014/24/EU, transposed into each country’s law: in Spain, Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts; in Portugal, the Código dos Contratos Públicos; in France, the Code de la commande publique. Synexia can take part in whichever procedure your organisation chooses:

  • Low-value direct awards, where the amount and the subject of the contract allow it
  • Open procedures, including simplified ones
  • Framework agreements and central purchasing bodies
  • Public procurement of innovation, when the aim is to develop or validate a new solution

Preliminary market consultations

If your organisation is preparing a preliminary market consultation before a tender, we can take part by providing information on available solutions, implementation timelines and integration requirements, with the transparency and equal-treatment safeguards the law requires.

Technical documentation for your file

To evaluate the solution or prepare a tender, we can provide a functional description, the high-level architecture, the security and data protection measures, and the implementation and support model. Request it with the form on this page.

Outside the European Union

For organisations in other countries, we adapt the contracting model, the data processing agreement and the identification technology to local regulations.
